Instructor(s): Karen VanMeenen

The Work That Reconnects was developed by environmental activist, author, and scholar of Buddhism Joanna Macy. Using exercises inspired by elements of general systems theory and deep ecology, Macy offers tools to honor our pain for the world, experience gratitude in deeper ways, and feel and act on our interrelatedness. In this day-long workshop we will explore through writing, discussion, and being in nature how this work can connect us more deeply with the earth and each other. Vegan lunch included.
