This class uses a different and fun approach to teaching public speaking. Students will learn through a series of games, beginning with simple group games. Once the students become more comfortable, they will participate in small group improv games, with the rest of the class acting as their audience. Students will then do some individual improvisational speaking. Each student will select a topic and prepare a short speech or presentation for their public speaking assignment to complete the class. This workshop is perfect for any writer who has ever worried about reading their work before an audience. At the end of this workshop, you will be ready!
