This workshop is for those of us who know we are stuck, whether in a career which makes us groan every Monday, in a relationship or a lack of it, or in a loop of bad habits that we have tried to change, with little success. This workshop is for those who can hear that quiet thought that this is not the life we really wanted to have, or that little voice telling us that there must be a better way to live, that there must be a way to be more content and happy. This class includes guided personal writing, gentle yoga, and meditation. We will use the power of writing to dig deeper into our own stories, the power of mindfulness and yoga to clear the muddy waters of the mind and to discover new paths. Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket, and a notebook.
