How do you connect to nature? What happens to you when you do and when you don’t? What do great writers write about our relationship to the
natural world? We’ll read a variety of nature-based writing to study both structure and content. Prompts will launch your own writing, experimenting with different genres: essays, stories, poems. Supportive feedback will help you revise and edit so that the impact of your experiences on your inner landscape can effectively show up on the page. To apply for this class, you must submit a sample of your work (5 pages of your best writing in any genre) to submissions@wab.org by January 1.

If you would like to make a request for any accommodation, please email us at accommodation@wab.org at least 10 days prior to the event or workshop.
