This day-long writing and yoga retreat, held in the gorgeous setting of Writers & Books’ Gell Center, is a rare opportunity to experience nature’s beauty, your own breath, movement and creative writing, without the cost, travel, and hassle of an expensive out-of-town workshop. Join us for a day filled with discovery and creativity. Discover the quietness of breath, the fluidity of your body, and the power of your writing.  Create a solid and subtle foundation for your writing through yoga poses, mindful breathing practice, and meditation.  We will guide you through associative writing exercises to relax into your writing and hear your inner voice and trust it. The day will be filled with beauty and enjoyment – you will be surrounded by the quiet hills of Naples, you will rest and be restored, and yes, you will enjoy a delicious lunch (vegan option available). Register early – this retreat is limited to 16 people only and fills quickly.  Bring a yoga mat, a notebook, pens, laptop if you like, snacks, an open mind and a willing body. You may also bring a block and blanket if you have them. All levels welcome and encouraged.
