Still Water Meditation Walk

This walk includes a silent walk, some poetry reading and nature-inspired writing. We will enjoy an easy 30-40 min. walk in the soft sand of Durand Beach, a forgotten Rochester gem. After the walk, we will have a short writing session next to Lake Ontario, one of the largest reservoirs of fresh water on Earth. Please bring appropriate shoes for sand, a towel, sunscreen, water, and a notebook. Note: Meet next to the Beach Sign/Board at the entrance of the official beach area.
