Travel the world and put together your own cookbook in this busy, creative, and tasty workshop for budding young cooks and writers. Taught by a chef who is also an English teacher, this workshop will take place in a teaching kitchen. Participants will journey through five cuisines—cooking, eating, and discussing. They will annotate and illustrate the recipes (including their own creative variations), and do some taste-bud-tickling creative writing. Note: New and different recipes from last summer!
