Cook up a storm and put together your own cookbook in this busy, creative, and tasty workshop for budding young cooks and writers. Taught by a chef who is also an English teacher, this workshop will take place in a teaching kitchen. Participants will work from a full day’s menu—breakfast through evening snack—cooking, eating, and discussing dishes for one meal for each day. They will annotate and illustrate the recipes (including their own creative variations), and do a bit of taste-bud-tickling creative writing. Note: New and different recipes from last summer!
