But it’s not like running on the treadmill or sweating it out on the stationary bike, instead the emphasis is on impromptu writing exercises and heart pounding spontaneity. Each week enjoy a different Writers & Books teaching artist, learn to tap into your creative subconscious and write with the ease that comes only with practice at pumping the brain muscles.
