Are you on track with your important goals? Are you making the most of your time and your strengths? Are you still stuck in last year’s excuses? This workshop includes guided personal writing through questions and reflections, gentle yoga, and meditation. At the end of the workshop you will create a short and focused list of what really matters to you and you will have practical tools how to keep yourself focused. Please bring a yoga mat and a notebook. This course was inspired by a question Mary Oliver asks in her poem “The Summer Day”: “Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?”
