Wendy Smith

Wendy Smith teaches Stress Management in academic and business institutions such as MCC, Boces #1, and MVP Health Care. She is an experienced, certified instructor of Qigong and Tai Chi. A long time student of meditation, she practices with the Blooming Lilac Sangha, following the teachings of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh. Her writing credits include published poetry, a haiku chapbook, documentaries, business and educational publications, and film reviews.
