Daniel Herd has taught outdoor skills and ecology in the Catskills and has worked as a grant writer and podcaster for the Center for Sustainability at Penn State. He holds a degree in English from Penn State. Since 2009, he has been working at Writer & Books in a number of capacities, including front desk and bookkeeper. As Program Associate, he works with the Fringe Festival and creates audio programming.
