In our hiring practices and personnel policies, we are committed to inviting in and lifting up the voices of historically excluded and marginalized communities, and ensuring that how we do our work does not replicate, reinforce, or reproduce racial or other intersectional structural inequities.

Frequently cited statistics show that women and members of structurally marginalized and/or underrepresented groups apply to jobs only if they meet 100% of the qualifications. Writers & Books encourages you to break that statistic and apply. No one ever meets 100% of the qualifications. We look forward to your application.
