2000 Word Open Genre Workshop

April 11, 2016 @ EST 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Students are encouraged to write in any genre or mix of genres they wish: fiction, memoir, lyrical essay, stage or movie script, humor, prose poem, or flash fiction. The only limit is that each submission must be under 2000 words (those doing longer works may do so serially). Manuscripts are submitted beforehand and critiqued in a cordial and supportive environment, craft issues discussed, and suggestions made as to how and where to submit for publication. The class culminates with an open reading (guests welcome). “Len is a terrific and supportive instructor who also gave great feedback.” -Laura Thomas
