A Metaphor and Movement Montage for Life!

Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Join us in a dynamic quest to uncover present day cultural myths. Become an advocate of the transformative power of story and ritual to unite people and construct a more beneficial world! This multi-faceted class is a chance to create art that generates community transformation, by engaging cooperation and creative problem solving. Merging writing, spoken word, visual art, music, movement, and a field trip to the Memorial Art Gallery (MAG), we will use story to heal societal divisions and create a transformative ritual with elements from MAG exhibits, all designed to move us closer to the center on the wheel of life.
