Acting Exploration: Imagine. Create. Transform. (July 8 – July 12)

(MORNINGS: for ages 7-9) Do you like to pretend to be other people or to put yourself into someone else’s life and experiences? Through games and age-appropriate scene work, young actors will investigate the various tools used in developing character work for performance. Students will will form a cohesive ensemble, and learn to trust themselves and each other. By exploring different characters, stories and activities, students will build skills related to group dynamics/social interactions, self-confidence, and creative thinking in a fun and positive environment. Class will culminate in a performance to share with family and friends.
