Celebrate Diversity! | Ages: 8-13

July 24 @ EST 1:00 pm - July 28 @ EST 4:00 pm

Free

Our country is becoming a more diverse yet less inclusive nation. Through storytelling, discussion, and creative writing we will honor “unity in the diversity” of all beings everywhere on Mother Earth. With the library at our fingertips, we will explore historic and contemporary cultures, beliefs and today’s underlying societal changes impacted or created by immigration.  We will apply creativity, self-awareness, and inner motivation to foster the open, honest, and respectful communication necessary for living together peacefully in a multi-racial and multi-ethnic society.
