$187Explore and experiment with this short dramatic form. From Chekov to Mamet, the one-act (short and longer) remains a challenging and powerful way to tell a story. Learn what creates drama (setting, desperate characters, internal/ external conflict) then pack it all into an intense moment in time and space. Whether it’s 2 pages or 10, or more, make it happen using dialogue, action, and characters to create a real-life play.
