Gathering the Pieces ~ Self Identity & Community Story Building | Ages: 8-13

July 10 @ EST 1:00 pm - July 14 @ EST 4:00 pm

Free

Using colorful fabrics and creative writing in an open, narrative story space, you will go on an inner journey of self-identity that will in turn help create a more welcoming community. Together we’ll stretch our limits, listen to, hear, honor, and respect one another. We’ll explore deepening levels of relationship through writing, telling, and listening to stories, as well as by way of fabric art and collage techniques. We will craft our own personal stories within a Self-Identity Story Collage defining who we are truly meant to be—whole, vibrant, creative and beautiful beings, proud of our self-identities and open to welcoming all.
