Nature Writing: The Convergence of Inner and Outer Landscape

What better place than Gell to immerse ourselves in the beauty of the land as we explore our kinship with it. We’ll read and discuss essays, stories and poems by writers whose work is grounded in nature (Sanders, Lopez, Kingsolver, Oliver). Prompts will get your words flowing. As we do our own “nature writing,” we’re exploring something else: how does writing, like nature, help us know what we are?
