Lecture: “Philosophy & Politics in Utopian & Dystopian Literature.” Jeffrey Allen Tucker is an Associate Professor in the Department of English at the University of Rochester. His research and teaching interests include 20th-century American and African American literature and Science Fiction. He is the author of A Sense of Wonder:  Samuel R. Delany, Race, Identity & Difference, editor of Conversations with John A. Williams, and co-editor of Race Consciousness: African American Studies for the New Century.
