Writing A Powerful Memoir Part II: Share Your Work
December 21 @ 11:00 am - 12:30 pm$25
As discussed in Part I, Memoirs are meant to be shared; to inspire, challenge and allow readers to identify with the writer’s experiences both intellectually and emotionally. Not an easy task! In Part II, we will briefly review the criteria for composing a powerful Memoir. Then, each participant will share their Memoir theme and read through at least one complete and polished section (anecdote). You should be ready to discuss how you might continue/complete your Memoir, listing anecdotes that would support your main theme. Those attendees who missed Part I will find the will be provided with a handout helpful in completing the assignments.
