Angela Cannon-Crothers

Daystar/Rosalie Jones (Pembina Chippewa) is a dancer and storyteller and the founder and artistic director of DAYSTAR Dance Company, the first dance company in the U.S. created with all-native performers and specializing in the portrayal of the personal and tribal stories of Indian America.

 

Angela Cannon-Crothers is an author and environmental educator working in horticulture, herbal education, biology, wilderness skills, nature journaling, nature writing, poetry, and fiction. She teaches at RMSC, FLCC, and Writers & Books.

 

 

Christopher Widmaier is an educator and the director of Rochester Ecology Partners, a non-profit that works to improve individual, community, and environmental well-being by connecting people in our city to nature, the places they live, and one another.
