Taste your way across the USA, making a culinary journey from New England to Hawaii that includes regional Southern, Louisiana, and Southwest/California cuisine. Taught by a local chef and culinary instructor, this workshop will take place in a teaching kitchen. In addition to cooking, eating, and discussing, we’ll annotate and illustrate the recipes (including creative variations) and do some taste-bud-tickling creative writing.
