Presentation by Medha Bhattacharyya Medha Bhattacharyya discusses her new translation of Nobel Laureate Rabindranath Tagore’s rarely known collection of meditative essays, Śāntiniketan (Abode of Peace), which looks at his ideas of universality; his socio-cultural location; and his reflections on Buddhism, Vaiṣṇavism, Bāul philosophy, and the Bhagavadgītā, and their contemporary relevance.
