The Yelp Rochester Book Club is on pause for the moment, with hopes to hold their next meeting at Writers & Books in June. There, they will discuss In the Neighborhood… by Peter Lovenheim & The Last Black Unicorn by Tiffany Haddish. Please stay tuned to for updates com May.

The next virtual meet up will take place on Thursday, April 16 at 7 pm

This book club is open to all Yelpers with *required* RSVP. Please ensure you have email notifications set to “on” in your account settings, as that is the book club’s primary form of communication.

The Yelp Rochester Book Club’s first book will be In the Neighborhood: The Search for Community on an American Street, One Sleepover at a Time by local author Peter Lovenheim.

Please check-in at Visitor Services upon arriving at Writers & Books for this meeting. A discussion guide will be sent out with your confirmation email, along with what to expect, and our code of conduct for discussion.

Copies of In the Neighborhood… are currently available for purchase in the Ampersand Bookstore, located on the first floor of Writers & Books. Yelp Book Club Members get a 15% off discount by showing a graphic provided by Yelp CM, Megan Colombo.
